What I've found is that no matter your walk of life, we all hope the businesses that serve us adhere to those 4 paramount tenets. I'm a no nonsense give it to you straight kind of guy. I may not always have all the answers, but I will always strive to provide them while delivering the truth.

Over my previous decade in selling real estate, I've found that the key to gaining and retaining my customers has been my belief in satisfaction through service. We are all customers at some point in our daily lives, and I look to extend the same standards of excellence to my customers that I would want to be extended to me. As your agent, I am here to help guide you through the home buying or selling process. My motto is "Confidence Breeds Confidence" and I live this belief by providing data driven recommendations through constant market analysis.

I don't just sell real estate. I study and track it both locally and on a national level. I am very much a numbers guy. I love statistics and use them in my business everyday. This can vary from making sure I am presenting your property to the most qualified candidates through buyer scoring and demographic data; to ensuring that you are aware of the most recent comparable sales activity, property condition estimates, and shifting market trends.

For most people, this is the single biggest financial decision in their life. Contracts, Timelines, Negotiations, Repairs, Deposits, Moving, Documentation, Lending, Home Inspections, Title Evidence, and many other factors can come into play in a Real Estate Transaction. This can be a stressful and emotional process at times. That's why I pride myself on being able to empathize and make it the smoothest experience possible.
